Dragon or Reindeer or Reindragon? ID this Chimerical Chimera

This is one of the four photos I took in Taiwan. It's from the landscaping of the Sun Yat-Sen memorial hall. I'm thinking Edward Scissorhands had an off-day, or the artiste was trying to portray the potential ill-effects of cloning dragons. Mischromosomed monstrosity.

I didn't want to waste the film (or what's the new excuse with digital cameras, all out of flash memory) or I would've snapped a picture of the 70's meets the Forbidden City that is the architecture of the Sun Yat-Sen memorial and the Taibei Main Train Station.

Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall doesn't have much to convey if you don't read Chinese. None of the exhibits are in English, but if you enter the building within ten seconds a docent will launch into a monologue about everything Sun Yat-Sen and act like you are the only visitor they've seen in six months. They have a change of the guard ceremony near the big-ass statue of Sun Yat-Sen where four soldiers with ceremonial rifles do the Chiang Kai-Shek two-step for the changing of the guard. "Walk this way!" Hmm along to Aerosmith, and it's more exciting.
